A public interest corporation.

Since 1948, SDH (Société Dauphinoise pour l'Habitat) has built and managed housings for residents with low income. This mission, driven by public interest, stems from the commitment of local industry leaders: they took action by finding homes for their employees in the aftermath of World War Two. Dedicated to its history, SDH is currently the first Social Company for Housing in Isère's department. The local and territorial authorities know that they can count on its long-lasting presence, its social commitment and its economic responsibilities.
